As our Admissions Nurse, you’ll combine strong clinical expertise with compassionate communication, guiding residents and families through the admissions process while supporting overall nursing leadership. What You’ll Do Coordinate all aspects of resident admissions, from pre-admission assessments to move-in day. Serve as a primary contact for residents, families, and referral sources—providing guidance and support throughout the transition process. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized care plans are in place from day one. Support the Director of Nursing with select leadership functions, including staff mentoring, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Step in as a clinical leader when needed, gaining valuable ADON-level experience.
