Role Description The Admissions Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, including responding to inquiries, guiding prospective families through application requirements, and coordinating campus visits and interviews. The Admissions Officer reviews applications, verifies documentation, and maintains accurate records in the admissions system, while adhering to institutional policies and regulatory standards. Day-to-day work includes providing timely, professional communication to applicants, collaborating with academic and administrative teams, supporting admissions events and open days, and preparing reports on admissions trends and enrollment data. The role also involves offering a welcoming, informative experience to prospective students and families, ensuring that all individuals are treated equitably and respectfully.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to engage effectively with students, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should have good communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to present information professionally.
  • Candidates should have Dubai admissions experience or familiarity with local education systems, particularly in a multicultural school environment.

  • Candidates should be proficient with admissions or CRM software, general computer literacy, and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.

  • A bachelor’s degree and prior experience in school or university admissions are highly beneficial.
