Admissions Officer – 29.6 hours per week - 52 weeks per year
£19,284.45 (£24,105.57 FTE) Based at our Weybridge Campus. Occasional travel to our Ashford Campus when required

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Admissions Officer to join our thriving Further Education college. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people and adults in our community.
About the role:
As an Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the application process.

Your role will involve:

  • Processing applications and making offers
  • Providing comprehensive information on courses, funding, and entry requirements
  • Assessing student eligibility for financial support
  • Ensuring compliance with government funding regulations
  • Contributing to recruitment and marketing activities

To fulfil the role of Admissions Officer you will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation ability
  • A passion for education
  • Genuine interest in helping others
  • Experience in FE sector a distinct advantage, but not essential
