SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in admissions, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency with database systems (e.g., iSAMS) and standard office software.
• Experience in event coordination is a strong advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant qualifications in administration, education, or customer service are desirable.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Working with Children Check.

The Admissions Manaher at Reddam House is integral to ensuring a welcoming and seamless admissions process for prospective families. This role combines exceptional customer service with organisational expertise to support enrolments, manage communications, and deliver admissions events. The Admissions Officer plays a key part in maintaining Reddam House’s reputation and ensuring a strong, diverse student body. This is a 4 DAYS A WEEK POSITION - Based at our school in North Sydney.
