About The Team The Student Administration team brings together Admissions, Student Progress and Student Fees & Reporting to deliver core services across the student lifecycle. We manage key functions such as admissions, enrolments, advanced standing, fees, communications, results and graduations. We’re a collaborative, student centred team committed to efficient processes and outstanding service. By working closely with colleagues across Student Administration and the wider University, we ensure every administrative touchpoint supports an excellent student experience and aligns with Murdoch’s strategic goals. Your New Role! As the Admissions Officer you will assess and process domestic and international coursework admissions, including eligibility checks and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). You’ll work closely with Student Administration teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for applicants and stakeholders. Key Duties: Assess and process coursework applications for domestic and international students. Evaluate applicant eligibility against course entry requirements. Review and process Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) applications. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient admissions workflows. Deliver timely and professional service to applicants and stakeholders. We’re seeking two Admissions Officers: 1 x Continuous, Full‑time (37.5 hours per week) 1 x Fixed Term, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Both positions offer a competitive salary range of $80K–$98K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation.
