Kipling provides a comprehensive, student‑centered model that includes extracurricular activities in sports, arts, culture, and technology.   Job Purpose: Manage the entire student admission process, from the first contact with families to formal enrollment, ensuring a warm, professional experience aligned with the school’s values. This role will be key to driving enrollment growth and strengthening relationships with families, acting as an institutional ambassador.   Responsibilities: Manage and follow up with prospective families. Coordinate tours, interviews, and admission assessments. Guide families through the enrollment process with clear communication. Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM. Support admissions events (Open Houses, fairs, etc.). Collaborate with academic and administrative teams. Manage required admissions documentation and ensure policy compliance. Prepare basic admissions and enrollment reports.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas, Communication, Pedagogy, or related fields. CRM and basic educational marketing knowledge. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. A minimum of 3 years of successful professional experience in customer service, admissions, sales, or public relations. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.
Professional attitude and people skills with eagerness to enthusiastic, proactive, and positive. English B1.
