BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCESThis position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.

Responsibilities
  • Counsel prospective students and families regarding application and enrollment processes throughout the admissions cycle ; mainly through phone calls , but also via email, virtual and in-person appointmen t session s
  • Respond to requests from individual applicants , families, inquiries, and school counselors
  • Present to audiences of approximately 150 attendees at recruitment and/or enrollment services sessions and events for prospective and accepted students , sharing knowledge about the admissions process, academic programs, financial aid, campus life, and U niversity structure
  • Evaluate and analyze application credentials to help determine eligibility for admission
  • Update student records and applications as requested
  • Assist with various recruitment event ta s ks such as guest check -in , information station, and walking tour or venue chaperone shifts
  • Contribute to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and collaborative team and professional environment
