Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this part-time (0.4FTE) Admissions Officer role, you will manage admissions for the Master of Biomedical Science. You will help streamline processes, reduce turnaround times, and deliver a supportive, informative experience for applicants. What you will deliver: Manage end-to-end admissions processing for the Master of Biomedical Science within agreed timelines and criteria. Provide accurate, timely advice to prospective students and stakeholders on admissions procedures and application progress. Collaborate with School of Biomedical Sciences and Future Students Hub to minimise application turnaround times. Contribute to improving and streamlining admissions practices, supporting acceptance targets and continuous process innovation. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a relevant degree and experience in the higher education sector, or equivalent education and training. Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, delivering accurate work within competing deadlines. Provide excellent client service, responding to diverse enquiries with clarity, empathy and professionalism. Collaborate effectively across teams, adapting to changing demands while working independently when required. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with stakeholders at varying levels across a complex organisation.
