Job Title: Seasonal Admissions Counselor (Contract)
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite – MBTA accessible, no parking)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $26–34/hr
Duration: Seasonal Contract

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years admissions or higher ed experience strongly preferred
• Outgoing, confident presenter + strong communicator
• Customer-service oriented; able to connect with diverse students
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce experience a plus

In this forward-facing role, you’ll engage prospective students, lead info sessions, and guide them through the admissions process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead engaging on-campus info sessions + student meetings
• Serve as first point of contact for prospective students & families
• Manage high-volume calls, emails, texts, and in-person questions
• Support recruitment events and campus visits
• Track student communications in Salesforce
