Description The Admissions Representative will outline and communicate the CDL Schools’ training programs to qualified prospective students by means of personal interviews and business to business contact. Responsible to the Admissions Manager to enroll qualified and motivated individuals for our training programs. · Follow-up on prospective students and enrolled students for interest and attendance as well as achievement of satisfactory progress standards. · Ensure student application documents and all items associated for enrollment are accurately completed, collected, and properly submitted as directed in accordance with TCDLS and State regulations. · Assist interested candidates with completion of application for admission. Review application to ensure completeness and accuracy of information provided. Complete initial interview and submit full application package to the admissions panel. · Support in uploading/filing enrollment documents electronically to the school lead management systems. · Complete and maintain notes on each contact in the school lead management system and the appropriate documents as each prospective student progresses through the various stages and events or actions occur. · Report all leads, applications, and student enrollments to the Admissions Manager. · Maintain contact with all prospective students as they progress through the process. · Outreach to applicants that fail to progress and regenerate them. · Track and Report metrics including leads generated, applications submitted, student completions for purposes verifying your performance bonus records. · Other duties as assigned Requirements · Valid Driver’s License required. · High school diploma or equivalent required · 1 year of customer service or sales experience is required. · Flexible schedule as required · Attention to detail in electronic records · Strong customer service skills · Service oriented mindset Equal Employment Opportunity TransForce provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
