JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Oxbridge Summer Scholar (OSS) team is seeking a dedicated and organized Admissions & Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for education, we invite you to apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Background in Customer Service or Customer Success
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain program details to families and students
  • Confident interpersonal skills, with experience consulting parents and interviewing students
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, balance admissions and sales priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in admissions, sales, or an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with confidence in data entry and reporting
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • University degree required (preferably from a top-ranking UK university)
Responsibilities
  • Consulting with parents and families interested in the Oxbridge Summer Scholars program: explaining the application process, program details, and benefits.
  • Conducting interviews with prospective students to assess fit and readiness for the program, providing recommendations on admissions.
  • Managing the first-touch sales process, including responding to enquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring accurate data entry in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Following up with students and families throughout the admissions journey to ensure timely decisions and smooth onboarding.
  • Updating lead records and tracking movement through the sales and admissions pipeline.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationships with families and students.
  • Continuously improving admissions and sales techniques while staying updated on education market trends.
  • Preparing accurate fortnightly reports on admissions and sales progress.
