Description Job Description Job Title: Admissions/Customer Service (ADCS) Department: Administration Reports to: Nursing Home Administrator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Prepared Date: 08-04-17 Revised Date: 02-11-26 SUMMARY Responsible for the development and implementation of the facility’s admissions development plan including; facility tours, evaluation of prospective residents for appropriate placement, overseeing the admissions process, tracking referrals, and assisting with new services development. Works with patients and their families to address concerns or special needs that may arise during the course of their stay, with the goal of facilitating a positive patient experience during their time in the facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following: • Visible commitment to the CES mission, vision, and values; emphasizing and modelling the need for collaboration and teamwork. • Develop recommendations for new services in response to the needs of the referral sources • Manage the inquiry and admissions process • Develop a benefit-oriented tour for inquiries and train management and leaders accordingly • Seek ways to streamline the admissions process • Coordinate the welcoming of new residents and family members • Track satisfaction levels of all constituents and provide recommendations as necessary • Administer satisfaction and/or follow-up respondents • Make recommendations to administration in response to surveys • Review prospective residents for appropriate admissions • Complete “General Information” portion of CES Pre-admissions assessment • Implement grievance process and ensure timely response to family members. Communicate to appropriate manager, log grievances and present facility system
