Admissions Student Office Assistant   Position Overview: The Admissions Student Office Assistant supports Concordia's Admissions Office with a variety of administrative tasks. This part-time role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing assistance with daily duties. This is a part-time position. All working hours will fall between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm on weekdays. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Perform scanning, filing, and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. * Manage mailing processes and inventory tracking. * Assist with other duties as assigned by the Admissions Office staff. EXPECTATIONS: * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Reliable and self-sufficient work ethic. * Effective time management abilities. * Proficient computer skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
