Job Title: Mechanical Sales Engineer – ADNOC / EPC Projects
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Only candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi will be considered)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Sales Engineer based in Abu Dhabi with a solid track record of supplying mechanical equipment to ADNOC and EPC contractors. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in valves, pig launchers, receivers, and related pipeline equipment, along with proven commercial acumen in the oil & gas sector.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ sales experience in the UAE oil & gas sector, particularly with ADNOC and EPC projects.
  • Deep understanding of piping and mechanical systems relevant to oil & gas operations.
  • Proven record of supplying mechanical products for ADNOC-approved projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales activities targeting ADNOC and major EPC projects across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate inquiries, and prepare technical and commercial proposals for mechanical equipment such as valves, pig launchers/receivers, and pipeline components.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product discussions with ADNOC end-users, consultants, and EPC contractors.
  • Interpret detailed specifications and recommend suitable product solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Liaise with global manufacturers and suppliers for pricing, technical documentation, and lead times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, project engineers, and decision-makers in ADNOC and EPC firms.
  • Monitor project developments, submit pre-qualifications, and actively engage in tendering processes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, competitor intelligence, and regular market updates.
