Job title: Adobe Analytics Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Analytics Consultant for a future role to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end analytics solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics, Tag Management, Customer Journey Analytics, and associated MarTech platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize digital analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics Workspace and Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and advanced analyses in Adobe Analytics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into measurement strategies and implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain tagging strategies using Adobe Launch (Tag Manager), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium iQ, Ensighten, and other tag management systems.
  • Implement and validate digital data collection using debugging tools such as Adobe Debugger, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, and Fiddler.
  • Leverage Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer for advanced segmentation, targeting, personalization, and campaign execution.
  • Conduct in-depth customer journey analysis using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Manage and integrate data across systems using tools like Segment, BlueConic, Adobe Data Feeds, and Adobe IMS.
  • Utilize tools such as Mixpanel, Heap, and Matomo for supplemental analytics and user behavior insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and UX teams to ensure accurate implementation of analytics tags and measurement strategies.
  • Support troubleshooting and QA of analytics implementations, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on Adobe Analytics and related tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital analytics space, including Adobe Sensei and AI-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Adobe Analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign Standard, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
  • Strong expertise in tag management tools: Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium iQ, Ensighten.
  • Proficiency with debugging and troubleshooting tools: Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Adobe Debugger, and AEP Debugger.
  • Familiarity with supplemental analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Heap, and Matomo.
  • Experience with Segment, BlueConic, or similar CDP/data integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign tracking, and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adobe certifications in relevant tools (preferred).
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Analytics or related products.
  • Experience with Adobe Data Feeds and integration into data lakes or BI tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Sensei and other AI-powered analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe IMS and enterprise identity management.
