Job title: Adobe Creative Cloud Designer
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Adobe Creative Cloud Designer for a future role to join our team, with a strong background in digital experience design and hands-on familiarity with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines design excellence with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing, personalization, and cross-channel campaign execution using Adobe’s marketing and experience cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize digital assets and customer experiences across web, mobile, email, and eCommerce platforms using Adobe Creative Cloud in conjunction with Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, and data teams to implement personalized design experiences via Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Support content creation and experience management using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring consistency across global digital properties.
  • Design campaign assets (emails, landing pages, banners, etc.) in alignment with data segments built in Adobe Audience Manager, Marketo Engage, and Real-Time CDP.
  • Create dynamic and modular design systems that leverage real-time customer data for personalization.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to evaluate creative performance and iterate based on insights.
  • Collaborate with Martech and Engineering teams to implement and test creative tagging strategies via Adobe Launch and Tealium iQ.
  • Contribute to structured experimentation and A/B testing strategies using Adobe Target and customer segments.
  • Ensure asset optimization and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
  • Work with backend and data teams to understand customer journeys, segments, and audience strategies via Adobe Experience Platform APIs, Adobe I/O, and AEP Data Lake.
  • Leverage Adobe Commerce (Magento) to develop and test visually engaging eCommerce experiences.
  • Ensure secure and compliant asset sharing, versioning, and collaboration using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe IMS

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on design experience in digital/interactive environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related tools:
  • Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign (Standard & Classic),
  • Adobe Audience Manager, Marketo Engage, Real-Time CDP,
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe I/O,
  • Adobe Experience Platform APIs, AEP Data Lake, Adobe IMS.
  • Experience designing for content management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with tagging strategies and working alongside data engineers/developers using Adobe Launch and Tealium iQ.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to work with developers and data teams to translate creative into technical execution.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
