The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer/Engineer. This position is a Hybrid role, located in Washington, DC. The qualified applicant will become part of the TPG team supporting the Department of State (DOS),

EXPERIENCE AND POSITIONS

  • 3-5 years as an AEM Developer or AEM Engineer

A. AEM-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, Forms, and Communities.
  • Understanding of AEM architecture, including Sling, JCR (Java Content Repository), and OSGi (Open Services Gateway initiative).
  • Proficiency in AEM Development, including working with components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher configuration for caching and performance tuning.
  • Experience with AEM Upgrades and Migrations.

2. SOFT SKILLS

  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and optimize AEM performance.
  • Communication Skills: Work with stakeholders, developers, and business users to provide AEM support.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve content authoring, publishing, and site performance issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with development teams, designers, and marketing teams for AEM solutions.
