Description:

* - This position is part-time at 20 hours per week. *
Can work remotely but must be located in DC metro area to come to office as needed for training, meetings (as-needed).
The Digital Marketing Analyst plays a vital role in providing digital support to the Marketing and Communications department. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Advisor, Digital Marketing Strategy to implement website content updates and provide digital administrative support, such as compiling analytics reports. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, detail-oriented multi-tasker and self-starter with excellent communication skills and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

o Proficiency with using asset and content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, Drupal, Confluence).
o Experience using self-guided video training to learn how to build web pages and create new components.
o Experience with data analysis and reporting tools and developing actionable insights.
o Proficiency in PC platforms for file manipulation (Microsoft Office Suite) and Adobe Creative Suites programs such as Photoshop (nice to have) and Adobe Acrobat.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

o Experience in a matrix-management environment and ability to direct individuals and teams without direct management responsibilities of such individuals and teams.

Responsibilities:

Content Management
o Build pages and update content on website (including internal intranet pages).
o Coordinate content creation and publication schedules with internal teams.
o Collaborate with SEO and Social media teams to create meta tags.
o Ensure web pages follow SEO best practices and copy style guidelines
o Troubleshoot and fix broken links and pages.
o Build new web pages using design mock-ups from concept to inception.
o Ability to apply insights to web pages and recommend new features to enhance the user experience (UX) when applicable.
o Proactively Recommend and execute ways to improve UX with new, enhanced web features.
Digital Operations
o Serve as a central resource for digital operations support and marketing metrics, including reporting/analytics support and collaborating with Sr. Advisor, Digital Marketing Strategy to implement new website capabilities as they become available.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in asset and content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
