Description Savio House Position: Functional Family Therapist Seeking therapists to assist at-risk youth and their families with overcoming behavioral challenges using an evidence-based clinical approach that emphasizes individualized treatment to fit the specific needs of each family! What does an FFT Therapist do? Engage youth and families who are impacted by mental health and delinquent behaviors using the evidence-based Family Functional Therapy (FFT) model Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families and support youth Helping change ineffective patterns within the family by increasing positive communication and healthy family dynamics Keeping youth out of the system and with their families by preventing further misconduct Supporting adolescent clients who may experience mental health issues and display delinquent and/or substance misuse behavior in navigating a variety of systemic pressures Future Clinical Supervisor Role: We are intentionally hiring for this position with the expectation that it will progress into a Clinical FFT Supervisor role. Candidates should bring both clinical expertise and a strong interest in leadership, staff development, and contributing to clinical quality and team performance. This position provides in-home services for the Denver metro and surrounding areas.
