OVERVIEW

Our School Based Youth Services Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Coordinator assists youth in reducing the risk of pregnancy and promoting healthy relationships. The focus on positive, healthy relationships is the cornerstone of this program. Teens explore their family, peer and partner relationships with the APPI Coordinator while working on the specific goals of delaying sexual activity, preventing pregnancy and making healthy relationship choices. .

QUALIFICATIONS

• MSW or MA/MS with a minimum of 2 years experience working with adolescents.
• BA/BSW with a minimum of 3 years experience working with adolescents.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Bilingual / Spanish speaking preferred.
