Description St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). We are located among the rolling hills of the picturesque driftless region in southwest Wisconsin, just south of Platteville and a short 10-minute drive from Dubuque, Iowa. Open to all, St. Dominic Villa offers long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehab to older adults and is a truly peaceful place to live and work. Full Time, Day Shift On-Call Rotation $83,000 - $104,000 per year, based on experience The ADON responsibilities include: Assist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service. Control and evaluation of nursing service in order to meet the total nursing needs of the resident and maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objective of the nursing home, and be in accordance with the policies set forth by the nursing home. Supervise care and management of shift. Plan and participate in in-service training and orientation programs. Coordinate the care planning program. Other duties as assigned. This role will also have Clinical Reimbursement responsibilities to oversee the nursing home assessment and submission of Minimum Data Set (MDS). Requirements Active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin. Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in Minimum Data Set preferred or willingness to train. Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations. Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
