Overview Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) We have an exciting opportunity to build our team of healthcare professionals at Mirabella at ASU! We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about providing exceptional care and serving seniors. The Director of Staff Development & Resident Care Manager will oversee day-to-day wellness needs of our residents at Mirabella at ASU, as well as oversee the staff development needs for clinical staff in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Memory Care as needed. Sign on Bonus (RN) - $2,000 Work Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm What You Will Do: Support professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the residents and family members. Collaborate with other highly skilled healthcare professionals, and serve as liaison to DON and Health Services team in reference to wellness initiatives Be part of a collaborative team as a highly respected and dedicated wellness liaison providing your nursing expertise in an innovative, team-centered, and compassionate working environment About You: Current Arizona license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) gained from completion of an accredited nursing program, college, or university. Strong Assessment & Care Planning skills. Previous experience as a Director of Staff Development in a long-term care and/or skilled nursing environment is preferred.
