Adoption Manager (12 Month Secondment) What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an Adoption Manager who can lead enterprise-wide adoption strategies across complex change initiatives. You’ll design and deliver digital training programs, facilitate virtual learning sessions, and drive adoption through targeted promotional campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and excitement. This role combines strategic change management, digital learning, and communications expertise, ensuring people are supported and confident in adopting new ways of working. Role Purpose The Adoption Manager leads the planning, delivery, and governance of adoption strategies to maximize user engagement and capability. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, digital training solutions, virtual facilitation, and promotional campaigns, with a strong emphasis on embedding sustainable adoption. Key Responsibilities Develop and own adoption strategies for large-scale initiatives. Lead the design and delivery of digital training programs and virtual learning sessions. Drive promotional campaigns to build awareness and engagement. Partner with senior stakeholders to influence adoption outcomes. Track adoption metrics, report on progress, and adjust strategies as needed. Coach and support change and adoption practitioners across the team. Skills & Experience Proven experience in change management/adoption leadership roles. Expertise in digital learning design, facilitation, and adoption campaigns. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience with enterprise transformation programs. Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) preferred.
