ADOS Speech and Language Therapist – North London Banding: Band 7 Location: North London Start Date: ASAP Rate: £330 per day Working Hours: Full-time or Part-time available Contract Length: 6 months (with the option to extend) Job Overview Pulse is currently seeking a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist with experience in ADOS assessments to join a supportive and forward-thinking Children's Service Pathway in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, based at a single, well-equipped site. The service is dedicated to delivering high-quality, family-centred care that supports children’s independence and participation in daily life. You’ll be providing specialist assessment and intervention for children and young people with a range of developmental, sensory, and physical needs. This role is ideal for therapists who are confident in delivering ADOS assessments and looking to contribute meaningfully to a progressive service. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Deliver ADOS assessments and specialist interventions for children with complex developmental profiles. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and paediatricians. Support families by providing advice, strategies, and care planning that promotes functional independence. Contribute to service development and maintain accurate clinical records. Operate within a well-structured team focused on best practice and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience To be considered, you must have: A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent). HCPC registration. Experience and confidence in ADOS assessments. A strong background in paediatric SLT and working with children with developmental needs. Excellent communication, team working, and clinical reasoning skills. Why Choose Pulse?
