Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now, plan configuration, and file feed integrations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Configure and maintain benefits, payroll, and HR plans in ADP Workforce Now. * Build and manage file feeds using 834 EDI and CSV formats. * Troubleshoot configuration and data integration issues. * Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors. * Perform system testing, QA, and documentation. * Support compliance and optimize HR system workflows. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Lyric * Experience with plan configuration and benefits administration. * Strong knowledge of 834 EDI, CSV file feeds, and HRIS systems. * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. * Experience with data mapping and system integrations preferred. PREFERRED: * HRIS or payroll administration background. * Experience with HR technology implementations and compliance processes.
