  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ads Assistant to support our TikTok advertising operations. In this role, you’ll help bring ad strategies to life—managing the execution, tracking key performance data, and communicating insights that drive results. You’ll also work closely with brands, internal teams, and creators to align product selections with performance goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute TikTok Ads campaigns according to planned schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor, organize, and report on ad performance data, identifying key trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with brands, internal stakeholders, and creators to optimize ad strategies based on performance.
  • Assist with product selection and creator product pairings that align with campaign objectives.
  • Help maintain internal documentation, asset libraries, and ad account hygiene.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and data-informed content decisions.
