The Role We are looking for an Ads Campaign Specialist to join our monetization team. You will be responsible for daily revenue management and execution of monetization projects, as well as managing ongoing programmatic partnerships. The position consists of daily contact with demand partners, in parallel to managing the technical aspect of the ad serving and media optimization. The candidate is expected to continuously grow revenue based on the company's KPI’s and targets. Responsibilities Operate price optimization and advertising inventory via enhanced intelligence and controls Hands-on daily management of various monetization platforms (Google Ad Manager) Responsible for ad stack optimization across all ad products - display, video, and web - to hit the company’s quarterly aggressive revenue targets Create and update revenue dashboards and reports focused on delivering actionable insights with clear and concise findings Monitor and maintain ad quality Requirements 1- 2 years of hands-on experience as an Ad / Demand Operations & Optimization role for a publisher with high volume property Knowledge and hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Admob, Iron Source/Unity, etc Experience working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers and verification partners Understanding of advertising ecosystems Data-driven and analytical with excellent Excel skills Ability to build strong working relationships with various teams within the organization Ability to multi-task and work under your own initiative Resourcefulness, and attention to detail
