ABOUT US

Revolucent Media is a creative and marketing studio helping brands grow through high-impact content and ad strategy. We manage campaigns for Apex Capital Flips, a real estate investment and marketing company serving wholesalers, investors, and solo operators across Texas, Oklahoma, the Carolinas, and beyond. Apex specializes in two programs — ACF Link Program and ACF Lead Engine — both designed to help real estate professionals scale their deal flow without building the backend themselves.
We’re looking for an Ad Manager to run and optimize campaigns under these programs, with pay tied directly to real deals and client revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3+ years running Meta and/or Google Ads (real estate experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Comfortable with performance-based pay models
  • Experience with CRMs like Bitrix24, GoHighLevel, or similar
  • Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll work within one or both of Apex’s partnership models:

  • ACF Link Program: You run ads for a real estate professional (realtor, investor, wholesaler) as part of a shared-risk, shared-reward structure. Pay is based on a percentage of net profit from deals closed via your campaigns — and Apex’s average deal profit is around $10,000, which means even a single closed deal can be lucrative.
  • ACF Lead Engine: You take full control of a client’s lead generation account, receiving a portion of the client’s monthly fee (typically $500–$1,000/month) while we handle creative and backend support. Includes ongoing optimization, reporting, and strategy.

You may work with multiple accounts under either model — which means more earning potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta and/or Google ad campaigns for real estate clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality
  • Collaborate with our team on messaging, creative, and landing page setup
  • Track performance and provide regular reporting
  • Suggest and implement split tests for ads and funnels
  • Adjust strategies based on market, budget, and program type
