About the Role As an Ads Operations Executive/Associate at Moove.io, you will be responsible for will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing offline advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a strong understanding of traditional advertising channels and the ability to measure campaign effectiveness. Join us in building strong relationships with our valued drivers and driving the success of Moove.io's mobility services. What you’ll be doing Campaign Execution: • Manage the end-to-end execution of offline advertising campaigns, from aligning supply for car wrap execution to monitoring on road campaign • Work with external agencies and vendors for creative production, media placement, and other campaign-related services. • Ensure all campaigns are launched on time and within budget. • Oversee the distribution of promotional materials at various locations. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for all offline campaigns. • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI. What you will need for this position • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing operations of outdoor advertising • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing offline advertising campaigns • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Creativity and a keen eye for effective advertising content. Key Metrics • Aligning vehicle supply for car wrap execution • Communication with Driver Partners to ensure 100% monitoring of campaign • Ensuring end of campaign audit is successful • Ensuring Driver Payout for successful campaign execution • Billing & Invoicing of all campaigns About the team Our team is collaborative, positive, curious, and engaged.
