As an ADT PROCESS ENGINEERING CMP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transferring new technology to OMT, ensuring top-level operations, and achieving our ambitious goals. Responsibilities Finish all necessary safety training and guarantee that all tasks are carried out following Micron's safety regulations. Develop a team culture that highlights individual strengths and aligns skills with responsibilities. Develop and sustain connections with essential internal and external collaborators to guarantee that technology transfer is in line with Micron’s objectives. Define and align projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals. Collaborate with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment. Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules. Support continuous improvement through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, and Business Processes. Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members. Preferred Education and Experience M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field. At least 5 years’ experience in CMP. At least 3 years’ experience as a leader or manager. Proven ability to partner successfully with various groups and build strong peer relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
