Description

* Develops with guidance, products adhering to customer specifications, quality, and operational goals and standards * Actively participates in materials testing to facilitate scale up to production. * Contributes to product platform development through application of statistical experimental design, product testing, and data analysis. * Testing of formulated products in applications particularly in new market applications in addition to injection molding. * Small scale sample preparation for customers. * Entry of formulations information onto database and filing of relevant information. * Participates in resolution of customer complaint/issues. * Timely output of work to meet tight deadlines. * Supports marketing and sales through development of product and application data * Continuous improvement of personal and departmental performance. * Development of liquid color for new application for example for film, polymerizations etc.

Responsibilities

The engineer will develop products adhering to customer specifications, actively participate in materials testing for scale-up, and contribute to product platform development using statistical design and data analysis. Responsibilities also include testing formulated products in new applications, preparing customer samples, and resolving customer issues.
