At Staff Partners Mental Health, we are committed to delivering high-quality care in neurodevelopmental services. We are seeking dedicated Adult Psychiatrists who share our values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness to join our growing independent clinical network.

As an Adult Psychiatrist specialising in ADHD assessments for individuals aged 18+, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive developmental and clinical histories using structured methods/tools.
• Observing patients during sessions and ensuring questions are asked in a thorough but compassionate manner.
• Reviewing reports, developmental history, and collateral information from family or observers in the same session.
• Formulating a diagnosis, concluding the assessment, and providing feedback in a clear and compassionate manner, including recommendations and signposting to resources.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) where further input is required, offering follow-up sessions as needed.
• Producing high-quality, detailed diagnostic reports within 48 hours post-assessment (with admin support provided).
• Requesting onward referrals when clinically necessary, in line with local NHS Trust/ICB protocols.
