Description CSAC is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to join our management team in our residential program for adults with psychiatric disabilities. You would be primarily working in one of our residences and help to lead and create a strength-based, trauma-informed living environment where resident's physical, social and mental health needs are supported. You would be working under the guidance of the Manager, providing oversight of medication, monitoring and responding to the needs of residents, coordinating medical care, compliance with relevant policies, and documentation. You’ll be responsible for day to day functioning of the home, with the support and collaboration of the house manager. You would be supervising staff and become part of our on-call system. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine leadership with hands-on relationship-based work. Our team believes in mutual support, clear communication and shared problem solving. Basic knowledge of the nature of psychiatric disabilities and of recovery principles is required, along with excellent communication skills. Some weekend and night shifts are expected. $21.43/hour, with shift differentials of $3/hour and $4/hour for evening and overnight hours. Full time with comprehensive benefit package.
