Overview We are seeking a Program Assistant for our Adult Day Program at Catholic Eldercare! Join our fun program team and make a difference in our participants lives! Schedule: This is a full time position that works Monday-Friday with scheduled hours being approximately 8:45am-3:15pm. Responsibilities The Program Assistant will provide personal care for participants and assist with daily activities and meals. This position is responsible for motivating and monitoring client participation in daily activities as well as observing and acknowledging any symptoms or changes to client behavior. Other duties include completing all required documentation, set-up and serving of lunch and snacks, and assisting other staff members with implementing services and activites for the Adult Day participants. For a full job description, please contact HR @ Catholic Eldercare.org Qualifications 1 year+ hands on experience working with a population with various diagnoses including dementia, preferred Familiarity with Electronic Health Record and Microsoft Office products Excellent oral and written communication skills.
