Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates (C-NTA) is seeking a Coordinator for our newest Adult Day Program opening in Summerhill, PA in April! The ideal Coordinator will be a confident, upbeat team member who can support individuals, guide fellow DSPs, and help the management team keep the program running smoothly. What You’ll Do Support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals through engaging activities—both onsite and through outings in the community. Lead the medication administration program by completing medication counts, observations, and audits to ensure medication is on hand for every individual. Help prep and execute daily projects, outings, and group activities, ensuring supplies, schedules, and plans are ready to go (and adjust on the fly when needed!). Provide guidance to DSPs and help new hires feel confident by offering consistent and thorough shadowing opportunities. Complete documentation accurately and review daily notes for accuracy. Help maintain a clean, safe, and licensing-ready environment every day. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and teammates. Experience as a DSP is a plus—but we will train the right candidate with strong leadership and organizational qualities. An ability to?pass background checks, physical, and drug screening?which C-NTA?pays for you.? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and model professionalism for the team. A valid PA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to transport individuals safely during outings using company provided vehicles.
