Collaborate with staff to develop learning activities that promote student learning in lab. Assist students to acquire the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to safely and effectively participate in nursing practice. Foster a supportive learning environment for students to provide safe, quality, patient-centered care in the clinical setting. Assess and evaluate student performance regarding their skills, knowledge, and attitudes.
