About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Adult Educator | Learning & Career Coach to support adults as they strengthen academic, digital, and workplace skills while working toward educational, employment, and career goals.

The position is based primarily at our Guelph office, with occasional work at our Kitchener location.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with adults, is comfortable with technology, and brings experience from education, customer service, administration, employment services, training, or a related field.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Hours: 35 hours per week

• What You'll DoDeliver instruction in academic upgrading, digital skills, and workplace readiness.
• Support adults working toward educational, employment, training, and career goals.
• Teach practical computer skills using Microsoft 365 and other digital tools.
• Help learners prepare for exams.
• Support learners as they work toward secondary school completion, post-secondary diplomas and certificates, industry credentials, and recognized certifications.
• Help learners identify skill gaps, overcome barriers, and connect learning to educational and career goals.
• Support the development of communication, customer service, organization, and other professional workplace skills.
• Track learner progress and prepare clear, professional reports.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and community partners.
•
