JOB SUMMARY

Please note - we cannot offer sponsorship opportunities at present.We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Adult Mental Health Care Assistant to join our team. In this role you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a care home setting and working within mental health would be beneficial. You will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for those you assist, working closely with care plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in care or within a nursing home environment in the UK is essential.
  • Strong understanding of patient care principles, including medication administration and case management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of clients and changing work environments.
