POSITION OVERVIEW • Fully outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care • Opportunity to build long-term relationships with adult patient population • Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities • Supported by full clinical team within established outpatient setting • Manageable outpatient patient volume within adult-focused practice model WHY PHYSICIANS ARE APPLYING • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule • No weekends or call • Up to $50,000 student loan repayment eligibility • Full outpatient structure • Full clinical autonomy • CME reimbursement plus paid CME days • Relocation assistance available • Full support staff in place SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM • No weekends • No call responsibilities COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary up to $220,000 annually • Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium • Dental and vision insurance • 401(k) with 3% employer match • 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays • CME reimbursement: $1,500 plus 5 CME days • Life insurance included • Student loan repayment up to $50,000 • Relocation assistance: $2,500 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care to adult patients • Manage chronic disease treatment, preventive care, and adult primary care visits • Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based environment • Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff to coordinate care delivery • Maintain documentation within outpatient practice workflows ENVIRONMENT • Adult-focused outpatient primary care setting • Team-supported clinical environment • Richmond metropolitan location • Community-based Internal Medicine practice • Stable weekday clinical schedule ABOUT HEARTLINE STAFFING Heartline Staffing partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to connect physicians with outpatient opportunities focused on schedule stability, patient continuity, and long-term professional alignment.
