What You’ll Do: Comprehensive Care: Conduct holistic psychiatric evaluations, diagnostics, and recovery-oriented treatment planning, integrating developmental and cultural considerations. Medication Management & MAT: Manage psychopharmacological treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders. Integrated Health: Collaborate with PCPs to monitor physical health, analyze labs, and integrate behavioral and physical health care. Patient & Family Engagement: Build therapeutic relationships, consulting with families, significant others, and community providers. Provide clinical leadership in treatment planning, prioritizing client strengths, symptoms, and functional impairments. Collaborate across teams: Engage with Riverbend providers, family members, and community partners to coordinate care. Utilize cutting-edge technology: Document care using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Crisis & Coverage: Provide 24/7 crisis intervention/screening and share in weekend coverage rotation at Concord Hospital. Requirements What You’ll Bring: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN). Active NH APRN license (or ability to obtain prior to hire). Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required (or access to a reasonable transportation alternative). Board Certified (or eligible) in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing or Clinical Nurse Specialist. Valid DEA certificate. Exceptional communication, analytical, and computer skills, with a passion for client-driven care. Participation in a weekend coverage rotation at Concord Hospital is required.
