If you’re dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization — we want to hear from you!   Responsibilities: * Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the role. * Oversee daily program operations, including staff/client scheduling and activity coordination. * Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive residential environment, report safety concerns promptly. * Supervise, coach, and evaluate direct care staff; address performance issues as needed. * Communicate regularly with staff and leadership regarding client care and program updates. * Ensure accurate documentation, including incident reports, logs, and client records. * Oversee medication administration, audits, and compliance (MAP certified). * Respond to emergencies and critical incidents, including crisis intervention and missing client coordination. * Ensure compliance with treatment plans, behavior programs, and agency policies. * Monitor staffing, approve timesheets, and support budget adherence. * Coordinate client medical care and ensure follow-up services are completed. * Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training; maintain training compliance. * Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development. * Maintain required certifications and support quality improvement initiatives. * Perform additional duties assigned, including light facility maintenance when needed. * Serve as a representative of the program and agency.   Qualifications/Physical Requirements: * Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills * Minimum 1 year residential experience required * Experience with ID/DD populations preferred * Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred * Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods    Shift: Full-time, Tues-Friday 12p-8p, Saturday 10a-6pm with FLEXIBILITY as needed   How We Promote Equity, Cultivate Leaders, and Grow Together At RFK Community Alliance, we’re dedicated to a culture where everyone can show up to work as their full authentic selves.
