Overview Adult Services Nursing Director Pay: $104,000 annually New Hire Sign-on Bonus: $5000 Lead. Influence. Elevate Care. Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking a dynamic Nursing Director to lead clinical operations across our Adult Services programs. Why Seven Hills Rhode Island Mission-driven organization focused on person-centered care Leadership role with real impact across diverse service lines Collaborative, supportive environment that values professional growth Opportunity to shape clinical practice and influence outcomes at scale Responsibilities What You’ll Do Provide clinical leadership and oversight to RNs, LPNs, and the Healthcare Coordinator Ensure high-quality, compliant, and person-centered nursing care across programs Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QA/QI) initiatives Oversee medication administration practices and specialized clinical procedures Partner with program leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals Manage nursing operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management Mentor and develop nursing staff, building a strong, accountable, and engaged team Participate in the on-call rotation to support 24/7 clinical coverage Qualifications What You Bring Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BSN required (MSN preferred) 5+ years of nursing experience, including leadership of clinical teams
