SKILLS COACH – ADULT SOCIAL CARE (LEVELS 4 & 5)

• Location: Hull
• Salary: £18,955.34 per annum
• Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
• Qualifications Required: Level 5 Leadership in Adult Care
  An established further education provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Skills Coach to deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners in Adult Social Care (Levels 4 & 5).
  This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about supporting the development of future leaders within the adult care sector.

• Deliver engaging training and assessment in Adult Social Care, ensuring learners meet all required standards.
• Design and implement tailored learning programmes in collaboration with employers.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and support to ensure learners achieve their qualifications and progress in their careers.
• Embed enrichment activities, Functional Skills and career development opportunities within the curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress, meeting awarding body and organisational requirements.
