What is the job role?
We are looking for registered and experienced social workers to work in Adult Social Care.
We have vacancies in our Adult Social Care Case Management Service, where we work with adults with a range of care and support needs, including younger adults with physical disabilities and older age adults. It is a varied and exciting role within a fast-paced, vibrant team of social workers and community case workers.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A RECOGNISED PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION (MA/BA/BSC IN SOCIAL WORK, DIPLOMA IN SOCIAL WORK OR CQSW) AND SOCIAL WORK ENGLAND REGISTRATION.
We are looking for staff with a range of experience. We need people with good knowledge of social work practice and legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. They should have a good understanding of personalisation, strength-based practice and excellent assessment and analysis skills.
You will be committed to achieving the best for the people of Coventry. You will be joining a great team of people who are passionate about the city, its people, and its exciting prospects.
