Our Residential and Supported Living teams deliver crucial services within their respective environments, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care and support. This post will provide operational leadership to existing teams of social workers and social care practitioners within our Supported Living Team.
We are seeking individuals who are not only dedicated and hardworking but also possess the ability to make autonomous professional decisions that safeguard the welfare of vulnerable adults. The work is fast paced and challenging, you will need to be a solution focussed individual who can quickly adapt to change.
