Description

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

We are pleased to share an opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as an Adults Workforce Co-ordinator.
As part of The Adults Workforce Development Team, you’ll be working to support practitioners and teams across Adult Social Care to develop their knowledge, skills and capabilities in line with statutory requirements and professional standards.
The team works to foster continuous learning, promote career progression, and build confidence across the workforce. Ensuring every practitioner feels equipped to deliver best practice and ensure the citizens of Bristol receive person-centred care and support.
This is a pivotal role supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality training opportunities for staff across Adult Social Care. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our team systems run smoothly, recruitment processes are efficient, and stakeholders receive excellent support and responses.
The role involves minute-taking during key meetings, monitoring and reconciling financial transactions to support budget oversight, and maintaining accurate administrative systems and records.
You will handle internal and external enquiries with confidence, resolving issues at first contact where possible. You’ll be working closely with the Team Manager and Principal Social Worker, as well internal and external colleagues and agencies to support the smooth running of our operations.
You will support the Adults Workforce Development Team to design and maintain a variety of effective learning platforms that meet the needs of learners and supports the achievement of the organisational objectives.
