Impact &contribution: The role involves working closely with multiple teams like marketing, partnership teams, CEE teams, technology and CDAO to deliver partnership offer. Passionate about customers and the opportunity to build trust and customer advocacy through data-driven insights. Roles & responsibilities: 3+ years of experience in similar role Perform advanced analysis to help answer questions. Conduct analysis to understand customer behaviours, customer profiles and customer impact, etc. Liaise with other analytics users and data experts to ensure insights are useful and add value to the business. Utilize additional/external sources of information to generate further insight. Use new tools and techniques to broaden my learning. Present insights to facilitate discussion about key metrics. Essential skills: The ability to align Chapters and A&I objectives. Skilled in one or several key Analytical skills such as SQL or other data analytical tools Visualization skills and hands on experience building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. Competent analytical skills, able to work with complex data to deliver meaningful, relevant, actionable insights. Can correctly analyze and interpret results and apply standard analytical techniques. Ability to deliver high quality, accurate and on-time insights and analytics. Good problem-solving skills, comfortable working in complex, challenging environments. Good written and presentation skills, and comfortable presenting to groups. An ability to master new tools as required. Communication and presentation skills. Outcome orientated, persistence to challenge the status quo and deliver customer results. Ability to negotiate on delivery timelines and communicate to stakeholders on trade-offs and benefits. Translates findings into actionable insights for the business. Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
