Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insights Analytics Manager to join our dynamic Acquisition Crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualisation, CRO, and experimentation, with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights. This role will play a critical part in shaping our marketing strategies and optimising our product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of marketing & product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain interactive data visualisations and dashboards using Power BI to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to gather and analyse data requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Help to design and execute CRO experiments to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition and overall marketing effectiveness (e.g attribution model).
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead Unloan’s acquisition performance meeting and proactively uncover insight that help drive decision-making to leadership.
  • Unloan’s marketing and product teams to become ‘self-sufficient’ in use of data and insights.
  • Collaborate with insights leadership team to develop strategy and roadmap for the Acquisition team.
