Job Summary: Advanced Associate Customer Service position ships and maintains inventory control of equipment for disabled candidates taking exams at Pearson testing centers. Job Description: * Using a fulfillment calendar, daily shipments and returns are processed. * Printing and binding, shipping and tracking of paper exams. * Triage shared email box and create and track implementation plans for non-standard accommodation requests. Job Qualifications: * Must be able to work in the office 3 to 5 days a week * The office location in Bloomington, MN. * Requires excellent English writing and speaking skills * Ability to write clear and accurate computer-based correspondence to internal and external customers * Good working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and computer applications * Requires the ability to multitask, work with interruptions and use critical thinking skills * Must be able to show empathy and understanding towards candidates with disabilities * Confidentiality is very important Compensation at Pearson is influenced by factors including skill set, experience, and location.    The hourly rate for this role is between $22 - $24.
