Collaborate with your peers to develop and implement our roadmap, ensuring alignment with our goals. Provide support to improve the performance and cost efficiency of our device portfolio. Conduct and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations. Validate transistor models and implement corrective actions as needed. Define electrical test structures, design rule verification, and process monitoring. Foster a collaborative working style and team spirit. MS in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Device Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience in the semiconductor industry will also be considered. Preferred: Experience in developing FinFET and/or industry experience in CMOS device technology and process integration Bonus: Knowledge of Nano sheet and vertical GAA logic transistor technologies Developing DRAM Design or Test skills Japanese language skills Good presentation skills
